"Absolutely the worst insurance agent I have had since I've been driving. They always come up with some reason or excuse to jack the rates up. No accidents or tickets in 7+ years. Never late. Once I adjust my coverages to get my rate down after 2 months I recieved a solicitation call from someone at the office saying I could add a life insurance policy with no rate increase and I would get $0 deductible instead of the $1k I had. Then was told I had to pay a fee that day to be eligible and I did. Well the story was too good to be true. My rate did increase over $40 and I've been paying for the change in policy and their explanation is "sorry for the miscommunication, it doesn't take effect until October". Which doesn't make sense why would I pay for a policy that's not in effect for several months, furthermore why did my rate increase at all. That was never explained. Miscommunication??? I don't think so. Shady salespeople is more like it. 🤔But it's the law, you gotta have insurance🤷♂️"
